McKay’s office is based in the city of Dunedin and offers a full range of agency services for container, reefer, dry-bulk, car carrier vessels, passenger vessels and tankers.

Port Chalmers is the ocean port for the city of Dunedin and also serves the hinterland for most of the lower half of the South Island of New Zealand. Small vessels can still berth at the port of Dunedin.

Port Chalmers is a deep water port in a natural harbour operated by Port Otago Ltd. The Port offers excellent facilities including a container terminal and palletised and breakbulk handling berths which cater for, amongst others, bulk coal, logs, hoppers for dry imports, and deep sea trawlers.
